My car is getting closer

As of yesterday 7/29/13 it's southwest of Bermuda. Should be in Panama Aug 2 and San Diego on Aug 16

It seems like it's taking forever

Your time is coming, Joanne. Just get a few of our friends from Florida to give that ship a little push - just to get it out of the Bermuda Triangle.

I know it's frustrating when the boat disappears in one of the "holes" in the system. It does give you a boost when it comes out the other side. Just celebrate each sighting with a glass or two of wine or whatever your favourite beverage is. It won't get here any sooner, but you just won't care.

It won't be long that you'll be a used to be waiter. Believe me, it will be worth the wait.

Reading of your experience so far has made me more anxious about getting my car. ...... I do check marinetraffic.com about 2 times a day. But, they seem to be delayed. I'm finding info on other sites before it gets there. Now that I'm learning how to "stalk" the ship carrying my car, I think I should find someone with a boat in San Diego. Then we could just "happen" to be in the area and escort the vessel in Maybe they'd let me drive it to LA (I can dream) ....... Actually when the car goes from San Diego to LA, it will go right past my house. I'm only 1 mile off the freeway between the 2 cities.

Just make up a detour sign and direct the truck carrying your car to your driveway. Shouldn't be too hard to do.
