I just bought this car recently and I'm having a problem with the drain inside the hood on the left side of the battery. The rubber tube is under the metal hole allowing water from condensation and rain or whatever to flood the passenger side floor. The end of the tube has a rubber flange but its under the metal hole? Can somebody look at how there's attached? Thanks Tom
