Impound the cars, not that it would hurt, and send them back to Qatar. Diplomatic immunity for Qatar, with it's tremendous reserves of natural gas, oil, and it seems, spoiled rotten people, is a just another political joke. They do have the largest per capita income in the world.

What a sweetheart--my hope would be he can be detained until this is sorted out and kept in a holding cell with other law breakers.
