BRBS event attendees from the early 2000s will fondly remember one of the lead resident photographers, Bob Chapman. At the Thursday evening dinner of the very first BRBS event I attended (May 2000), my wife and I had the good fortune to sit at the same table as Bob and his wife. We had some nice conversations about Porsches, photography, and life. At multiple succeeding BRBS events, Bob's legendary 5:00 a.m. photo shoots on Grandfather Mountain became famous.
