yeah, that's why i put "previous owners" in quotation marks. i couldn't find the sarcasm emoji

i did see that it's in victoria and thought about checking it out next time i go there. it's still almost an hour from where we live though. i'll report back if i do.

In Canada, what's the minimun miles to be considered "previously owned" (aka, used)? That could be how the do a dealer markup if it is nolonger considered new. In the US, i do not believe it is based on miles, but rather based on title and whether the car was register to another owner prior to your purchase.
