Re: Cloudy Tail lights

The tail lights on my 2012 Boxster have become somewhat cloudy. What do you recommend to clear them up? Thanks.

Is the cloudiness inside or outside?
If it's outside a product for headlights can restore it.
If inside it may be condensation. Check the gasket and out ventilation.

The outside surface is the problem. It has a dull appearance and feels a bit rough when I run my hand on it.

You can use the same products/techniques as for the headlights.
I like a product from Griots: Ceramic Headlight Restoration Kit.
Many auto parts stores carry it or you can order direct from GriotsGarage.com.

i would also recommend popping the entire light assembly out so you don't have to worry about damaging the paint on the car.
