I know I am biased as I own a Boxster but I am always struck when I look at the "Carrera" GT of how much it looks like a bigger Boxster. The back end is a Boxster not a 911. Even the engine placement is Boxster-like and not 911-like. They really should have called it the Boxster GT I am I the only one who sees this as a big Boxster?by TSS4LSU - Main Forum
Total 911 magazine recently had an article on IMS failures and they feel it is rare and exaggerated on message boards. Unfortunately only those who have problems squeal about it on message boards. What we have is sampling error. No one in the Porsche club in Alabama has had this problem that I am aware of. The local indys say they dint see it. I have a good plate holder. The plate is already curved fine for the bumper. Problem I am having is how to attach it. Is it just screws or should it be bolted on? I am worried that with wind forces it will not be held well with just screws. I dont want to take off half the front of the car just to put on a plate I might not even like once its on. There's always my wall to hand it onby TSS4LSU - Main Forum
Anyone put a europlate on the front of their P-car? I got a nice one off ebay but not sure how to mount it. I did a google search but nothing useful. I do have predrilled holes in the bumper with plugs in them but not sure how to get it bolted on. Any directions anyone has handy? If you have any cool europlates post a pic. Thanksby TSS4LSU - Main Forum
