Well i followed instructions on open pressure valve, topping coolant, idiling, revving, putting cap on, releasing pressure etc as directed in pedros thread. Added about a gallon and half. Ran the car at 3000 rom for 10 mins, fans came on etc etc. no leaks no nothing. Weird huh. As its cooling i see resevoir is getting a little below "add" line. Gonna buy a new cap. Thanks guys. I noticed there was still pressure in system when i removed coolant cap to pour a wt of water to see if it leaked. Low and behold about 2 cups of it leaked out underneath near right rear tire. Couldn't see exactly where because black plastic cover was in the way. If there is a hose there im goinv to suspect that . Im going to warm system and check again. Dip stick looks good, nby gmoney17 - Main Forum

So i get in my car after afew months. Battery was dead. Charged it, noticed coolant light was flashing red. Checked resevoir. Was empty. Filled it. Took car to car wash, came home had it idiling in driveway. Call of asudden a massive green puddle was under reAr of car. Opened trunk, coolants was gone, resevoir was empty and had coolant on top around cap. Shut it off and pulled in garage.by gmoney17 - Main Forum

Im sorry its not the intake plenum ..its the black piece that has Porsche written accross it....I might have to remove that...by gmoney17 - Main Forum

Thanks pedro....It is a pain in the ars to get behind #16 to see where that hose gets connected. Also I broke that nipple off on #16...I see the screws to where it is mounted is impossible to get to as well...Any suggestions??? What is the name for part #16 everything keeps breaking ughhhhh, also on my boxster the hose #29 in the diagram gets connected to an adapter that sits on part #28. Kindby gmoney17 - Main Forum
Hey everybody! Question: I recently took starter out to lube it up cause of the squeaking. Took off the throttle body to clean, etc, etc, etc. I have two vaccuum lines I cannot find a home for (if your standing near the trunk looking at the engine) on the right side near the oil seperator. I have a 2000 Boxster S with 50,000 miles on it. I noticed the other day there was a big puddle of oil under the car in the middle. Looking under and feeling the oil filter I noticed the oil was dripping down the filter and beading off the bottom center of the oil filter creating the puddle. I rarely drive the car and has been in the gargae for winter storage which tends to get cold in the winby gmoney17 - Main Forum
