03 Boxster S with about 58k miles. Twice within the last two week, when I started my car cold, within seconds, there will be a really loud, almost machine gun like popping noise coming from behind my head. The first time, there was a battery light and a oil pressure light that turned on but when I shut the car off and restarted it, the car sounded normal, all the lights were off, and drove justby litlchi - Main Forum
I ended up taking my car to the local dealer. They said my entire clutch was bad and told me to replace the entire assembly. I haven't gotten my car back yet but they are charging about 2100 for it. I am kind of surprised that the clutch only lasted 53k miles. Got the car used so I'm not entirely sure how it was driven prior to myself.by litlchi - Main Forum
I have a stock 03 Boxster S and today after my first set of runs at the autocross, my clutch started feeling really odd. I started to notice this when I was starting my car for my second set of runs (maybe 3 hours after my first set of laps. It almost felt like the clutch was sticking. There used to be fairly little travel before the clutch started to engage and it was at a very distinct pointby litlchi - Main Forum
Hi, I have a '03 Boxster S with a CD23 radio and was looking to add an auxiliary out jack to it. I had emailed Becker about this and evidently, I would have to mail my radio in to them in order to get the upgrade unlike the CD-220's. I was wondering if anybody else has had this done to their radio in the past and if it worked well. Specifically, I was concerned b/c it seems like the fix will tby litlchi - Main Forum
