I just traded my 2008 Boxster for a 2012 model and this is also my third Boxster. My first Boxster was a 2001 Arctic Silver base model and I really enjoyed that car. It was trouble free and I kept it for five years. My second Boxster was a 2008 Meteor Gray base model and it seemed to be a much improved car. It was easier to live with, mainly because of the glass rear window. Some of you may remeby JGS - Main Forum
Anyone have any experience with the 2012 base Boxster? I just turned in my 2008 Boxster which I had on a lease. I previously had a 2001 Boxster and the difference between the 2001 and the 2008 was significant. Just wondering if anyone has driven the 2012 model, and what their impressions might be. My dealer gets in a 2012 in two weeks and I'm thinking about another lease. Thanks.by JGS - Main Forum
The lease on my 2008 Boxster expires next month. I'm looking at 2011 Boxsters, but the 2012 models will start being delivered shortly. What are the significant changes, if any, on the 2012 Boxsters as opposed to the 2011s? It's my understanding that midway through the 2012 production run, there will be a significant change to a new model, but my dealer doesn't know what the 2012.5s will be offby JGS - Main Forum
