Vibration around 5K RPM

I have a 98 with 55K on it, that has developed this vibration around 5K RPM. The vibration is definitely from the engine, and it almost feels like your running over a rumble strips. The original motor mount was replaced 8+ years ago, but from the descriptions of other bad mounts I should feel this around 3K and not 5K. Just curious what others thought about this. Maybe it's time for a Pedro motor mount.

If it continues to the redline, my guesses are

fuel supply, failing ignition coil(s) or God forbid, something mechanical. Well maybe a sticky throttle body wouldn't be too bad. Did the car display its Check Engine light?

Minus 40 degrees... Is that Fahrenheit or Celsius?
