not? I seem to recall the middle scoop is not functional on the base Boxster on the 09-11 models so maybe I can use the Bra if the fenders, etc. are the same size.

I don't know for sure, but my guess would be that the 2008 bra should work on the 2011 or 12. The headlights changed a bit, but not that significantly. Also, you're right about the centre scoop. It's not functional.
