#1.- this is the way of the future: The Nanny State, The Nanny Car, The Nanny (whatever).
Mercedes Benz can now apply the brakes for you when it thinks that you're not paying attention.
Porsche thinks that there is ICE on the track, so your brakes don't work (only 25%).
I'd think that it would be easy to not engage this feature when the ambient temperature is above 40 degrees.
#2.- whenever I have an issue with the brakes, I pump them!
If this guy would have done that he could have avoided the tire barrier.
#3.- there's got to be a way to either remap the ABS computer or disable it for track on the 997s.
#4.- I'm sure happy that my '98 thinks I'm smarter than her and lets me make all the driving decisions.
