Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar

"Racing is life. Anything before or after is just waiting" ... Steve McQueen as Michael Delaney in "LeMans"

"If you wait, all that happens is that you get older"... Mario Andretti

"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose" ... Ayrton Senna

Well, I did have a good look at them, Pedro.

They are beautiful cars. Great fit and finish. Can't wait to take one for a test spin. Gosh and it was sooooooooooooooooo close. Would sure have loved to take it for a run on the Diamondback. hot smiley

As far as capturing ...At my age, I'm afraid, that it would be far to difficlut to learn how to use that PDK thingy. I'll have to wait until I have a chance to try out one with a good old 6 speed that will allow ME to drive.

It was really nice to have the PDK during runs on 226A. Up- and down-shifting was soooooooo easy, especially during those pesky switchbacks.

eye popping smiley <-- after experiencing my first switchback.

cool smiley <-- me after that (I cheated and used the PCM/GPS to look ahead)

Driving a new-to-me '09S in Aqua Blue Metallic. It does .5 past light speed. I made the Kessel run in less than 12-parsecs.

Motto 2: Having the top up on a convertible is an oxymoron. Don't be a (oxy)moron.

What great kudos to BRBS!

When PCNA goes to that trouble, it is true testament to the hard work and ongoing engagement of the BRBS. While it can be hard to imagine another venue for PCNA to bring these cars to dedicated Boxster owners (until October(fest)), it is clear to me that all involved in all the years of BRBS should feel proud. Congratulations! Someday, horse sports will not take over May and June and I will make it.
