How do I tighten my visors?

My driver visor is vibrating against the top and making noise. How do I tighten up the friction?

Felt tape but how to apply it I do not know. When a SM drove my Boxster he mentioned...

he heard some minor rattles and he said next time he drove the car when he picks it up for service he'd take along some of this tape and address the rattles.

he means just stick it between the visor and where it hits the pillar frame. I stick a paper napkin there at it works. I think I will just take it apart and see what I see...
