Short shifter question for 987.2

I am hoping someone can comment on this. I had installed the B&M in my 986. The stock throws were very long, and the B&M was terrific. I was thinking of installing one in my 987.2.

My understanding is that the B&M/Porsche short shifter reduces throw on a 986/987.1 by 35%, but only reduces throws in the 987.2 by 20%. I find the stock shifter in the 987.2 to be much better than the stock 986, so I am wondering if 20% reduction is worth the cost.

Can anyone with a 987.2 who experienced both stock and short shifter throws comment on this?
