Any fixes for 987 Cup Holder Rattle?

I have a 2006 Boxster S and always travel with a bottle of water in the cup holder. However I have always noticed a rattle coming from the factory holder and believe that I have isolated the sound to just one piece.

Has anybody else experienced this sound? If so, did you find a fix?

like felt tape. Intelligently applied it can quiet a noise like nothing else.
