Numeric Racing Shifter

Don't know how familiar people here are with this shifter, but I got one a couple weeks ago and I really like it. Here are a couple links that give some background, where my comments are posted. Just thought there might be some interested parties.

Not the cheapest solution, but I found it worth the investment.

I tried to find more information. Except for a picture, there really isn't any information on the Numeric Racing website. No pricing, constuction, location or warranty info. Makes me wonder....confused smiley

It looks great!

I invited the manufacturer to offer us some additional info.
I hope he stops by and does so.
Numeric Racing, I believe, is out of North Florida, in the panhandle.
I'll be able to see the shifter in person this weekend at Sebring where we'll be for two-day DE.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

Hello All

Our website is being developed. You can find more pics and info on our Facebook page. This shifter is very unique where every rotating axis is on precision ball bearings, shifter has multiple positions for throw, the blocks where the cables mount in are also adjustable to fine tune in your position, I use all Aerospace grade materials, there is a money back guarantee that you will not be disappointed in the design, quality and function of the shifter. It is a great modification to do to your Porsche. I use to own Vortex Racing that manufactured motorcycle racing products. This is now my new passion. manufacturing high quality Porsche products. For anyone attending Sebring this weekend we will be on hand. Come check it out!

Thanks for the additional information, Dan.

Can you give us an idea about pricing?

Will you be designing one for the new 981?
I did meet with the guys at Numeric Racing and saw the unit.
It is really a work of art which is very functional.
The construction is very solid and I have no doubt that it will hold up well under any driving conditions including racing.
Needle bearings instead of bushings is a great addition.
It's 3-way adjustable as far as the throw.
They also supply risers in case you're not installing it under the center console and want it higher for racing purposes.
Unfortunately I did not get to drive one on the track.
Happy Porscheing,
Pedro
