A couple of pix from our last play day ...
Pedro (Odessa, FL) - Monday, 1 October, 2012, at 11:46:28 am
... at Sebring.
Two Technolab Sponsored and TechnoPower-shod cars.
The Seal Gray is a 2001 Boxster S with the TechnoPowe2 Kit.
The Glacier White is a 1998 Boxster with the TechnoPower Kit.
On the first picture, we've caught up to a Black 997 and started passing him.

Here we've dispatched the 997 and go on our own chase.

I was able to keep up with my friend BobW but I could not pass him.
The 3.2 vs 2.5 thing.
Halppy Boxstering,
Pedro

Do the Clear side markers weigh less??
Not sure if the resin itself is amber, though. I don't know much about the stuff... at my graduation party I didn't follow that old guy's advice to get into plastics.

Quit elementary my dear Watson. Add pigment to any substance and it becomes heavier, so the amber markers weigh more. Conversly of course, the clear side markers weigh less. You wouldn't believe the difference they would make in lap times.

You, my friend, have gained a heck of a lot of speed since the first time you drove behind me on one of our secret tracks, remember? These days I, like Pedro, would probably be eating your dust. Well done!

Hard to imagine how fast you'd be with clear side markers. hot smiley

Because of the photographer's angle ...
Pedro (Odessa, FL) - Monday, 1 October, 2012, at 6:53:14 pm
... which is completely opposite of what I generally see from the driver's seat I can't tell exactly where the first photo was taken.
I don't recall the tank (in the background) to help me pinpoint the exact turn where it was taken.
Can anyone help? Maybe you've got that tank in the background of one of your photos as well (Harvey?).
If you have a similar photo can you post it and clarify where it is?

The second photo is turning into turn 3.
You can see the apex of turn 1 on the cyclone fence, on the right of the image and you can also see the trees in the background which are beyond the back straight.

Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

I'm sure it's turn 11 as you can see from the attached pic from another event.
