... we worked very hard for the past couple of years to have the Club's Bylaws modified so that we could migrate to electronic voting.
Before, the Club had to mail a paper ballot to every primary member who then had to vote and mail back the ballot which would be counted and tabulated by the elections committee.
Needless to say, voter turnout was very light.
Well, we were able to get enough votes to make the Bylaws updates and we now have secure electronic voting.
The Board of Director's 2012 Elections are now open and will remain open through November 15th.
To vote, just go to our website: [www.GoldCoastRegion.org] and click on the "CLICK HERE TO VOTE" button. You'll be taken to the secure voting website.
You will need to have your PCA Membership number handy. Just follow the prompts. It takes maybe a minute, so please vote.
We want and need more membership involvement in the Club.
On November 16th we will announce the official results.
