One could add not parking next to a heap, or any vehicle with those psuedo-wholesome "family portrait" outline decals on the back window. Stuffed animals carefully arranged on the back shelf, never to be disturbed by any normal driving maneuver... too much, or one big piece of crap hanging from the rear view mirror, blocking off a lethally high percentage of forward view...
Speaking of bicycles-- of any type: they are vehicles and don't belong on sidewalks, the exception being little kids. Motorized wheelchairs excepted, too. I once gave a sharp elbow to the ribcage of a maniacal delivery biker on a sidewalk in Manhattan. He turned around, but thought the better of it.
