Thanks! celebrating at Cucina in Woodstock.

Went to The Bear Cafe (my "best resaurant on the planet," ) but it!s a madhouse tonight 'cause Richard Thompson (Fairport Convention, etc) is playing at the Bearsville Theater right next door. Cucina is terrific, too, so I'm blissful!

If I recall correctly, you were the first on the Board to get a 981.

And, happily, you've not been afraid to drive it, Laz. How many miles are on it, now?
Time flies when you're having fun, Laz *NM*

I think mine is the first, considering, too, that I took delivery the day they were released for sale in the U.S.
Mileage: 19898. Hmmm... do Europeans refer to "kilometage?"

Way to go, Laz. Obviously enjoying the car.

The 981 sure seems reliable. Haven't read about any real issues.

I think Europeans just refer to the number of kilometers on the car. Don't think I've heard it refered to as "kilometerage".

Racecar spelled backwards is Racecar

"If you wait, all that happens is that you get older"... Mario Andretti

"Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose" ... Ayrton Senna

I've been away a long time, but I lurk occasionally to keep abreast of my old friends and anything new with the 981.

Congrats, Laz! Mine was "born" on the 4th of July - just like Yankee Doodle - but was not delivered to me until August 1! smileys with beer
