Parked across the street from this (that fuzzy redness in the top left is my cayman)

And, stopped into the dealership to ask about some costs and found that you can now watch repairs from the waiting area. i was impressed by the white tiled floor. that's optimism.

The window to the garage seems to be a growing concept. The new BMW dealership here in town has the same thing so you can watch them work on your car from the customer area.

The dealership where I bought my car, they were quite happy to let me walk into the garage to talk to the mechanic and watch him do the PDI on my car.

Rolex's customer service office in Manhattan used to have a window to the technicians' area, but it's been closed off. It was cool to see people in white lab coats working on the watches. Maybe they're all nekkid now.
