Each rear tire appeared to have asymmetrical inner and outer sidewall heights so that the tread lays somewhat flat. Don't want to imagine what the tail behavior is like in anything other than straight line driving... like on an exit ramp. Sheesh.
the results of slamming a suspension that has geometry such that camber decreases rapidly past nominal ride height. On almost any car lowering increases camber. Many of us count on it to help us get that 1.5-3 deg we want. Others......

Probably air bagged, if you were in stopped traffic, he may have dropped it to near show level which really tucks the rims up under the wheel arches. If it were driving, then it is the apparent "new" craze of importers called "low offset wheels". All show, no go, one of my buddies friends did this to a really nice looking WRX, it is now a non-functioning rally car!
