Control arms are covered in the CV DIY. Fronts are mostly easier, lacking the driveshaft. Big issue is freeing the ball joint - which requires counter-holding the allen-head shaft. In the rear there is no access. In the front its simply a PITA. Answer: don't: rather, use a bottle jack to push the ball-joint taper conical end into the hub. Friction does the job, no muss, no fuss.
track arms are pretty simple. remove bolts, remove arm, rinse, mirror-repeat.
