For those of you trying to find vacuum leaks, there are units on Ebay in the $80 range. Or you can make one. How to videos on You tube. One uses a 5 gallon plastic pail and a cigar. Others use a 1 gallon paint pail, a burning rag and baby oil.
Made one yesterday. A pressure regulator from a gas grill has about 1/2 psi output.
