Most likely a replica (the car) as it has black wiper arms and VW wheels vs silver arms and Porsche wheels. The other telltale is no Porsche crest on the end of the hood handle and no PORSCHE script on the nose below the hoodline. Dual outside mirrors are a hallmark of replicas as well.
The one thing that you usually do not see on replicas are bumperettes which this one has. But I am guessing replica; still cool they had it in the commercial, though.
