Engine of the Year Award

I gave Porsche that award years ago!
The Normally Aspirated, Flat-6, 2.7L engine from Porsche is by far, the BEST of the "standard" engines they have produced.
It makes more power per liter than any other (101 HP/L) and is practically bullet proof.
Glad to see the International Jury agrees with me.
Sorry to see that they give the award when the engine is now mothballed since they only offer the 2.0 and 2.5 Liter turbos.

I guess I’ll have to keep my 2.7L then. Although mine only makes 84 or so HP/L. Still a smile maker, though!
