So next on my list to resolve is my climate control. I found that someone bypassed the heater core for some reason. Purchased a new one assuming the old one was leaking but what do you know? The old one looked new! Swapped it anyway and still no heat. I taped up the blend doors while I had the heater core out and while I had the dash apart to upgrade the stereo. AC blows ive cold but I cannot get any of the blend doors to move. When you hit the buttons on the climate control they look like they are doing something but neither of the servos under the dash move. All I can control is the Blower speed and turn it off. I've tried researching and find some people saying it could be vacuum related but everything I see is electronic. Am I missing something here? Again it's a 2000 986 base with an automatic. 10/99 build. Thank you!
There is no vacuum

It's all electrical. It starts with the climate control module and wires go out to each of the actuators.

I would start by checking the relevant fuses and if those are good, do an electrical diagnosis.
