Boxsters in Asheville, NC

My wife and I came though Asheville for the day/night today and since I have been here I have seen three Porsches, all Boxsters. Followed one from the west for 30 miles on I-40 this am and saw the others around town. We are looking at possible retirement locations and Asheville makes the list for Porsches if nothing else! Wide Spread Panic is in town tonight so lots of folks in town for the concert.... Bob - VA

Asheville would be a great choice. I will be retiring in a few months - but already have a mountain house a little South of Asheville in Cashiers, NC. I was raised in Asheville and get back there occasionally. WOuld love to welcome you to the neighborhood.

Music scene is great in Asheville. Lots of nice shopes and cafes. Mellow Mushroom for Pizza. It is a bit granola there, though. most of the guys had scruffy beards. They do get snow. Also, fairly close to Tail of the Dragon, no?
