All,
Driving in the middle of Nebraska a couple of days ago with the top down and thought I heard something. Looked around and the plastic insert was still there but now after arriving home I realize the RH black plastic insert blew out. Does anyone have an idea on where I could get one?
Used would be ok since I don't think these parts are worth the $100+ they might bring new.
The part number listed on Renntech is 986 561 584 00 01C

...securing each insert to the roll bar. I've had a little wire loop connected to each one ever since at about month 2 of ownership of my first Boxster, my son reclined his seat a bit too far while we were out driving around. Now you can punch each insert out and it just hangs there, instead of disappearing off to pollute the environment
