Minus 40 degrees... Is that Fahrenheit or Celsius?
Those mountains look familiar.

and this one taken a little farther west.

Well, it's only a little further if you're driving a Boxster. winking smiley ..any other car, it would a lot further.

Actually, it's about 75 miles south west of Bryce Canyon - Zion National Park. Did it and Bryce Canyon as part of our California trip.

This is Bryce Canyon.

Yup...

after going through that snowstorm I refer to from time to time, I took refuge at the Bryce Canyon Lodge, getting one of the last rooms available. The canyon itself is spectacular in its own way compared to the Grand. Your earlier shot had me thinking somewhere near Bryce because of that pyrimid-like white formation toward the right. Maybe I passed through Zion without recalling it now. Seventy-five miles is really nothing out west. I was part way through a 5600 mile round trip, so that gave me quite a perspective on distances.

It's not just the mountains that should look familiar to you Guenter - the first silver Boxster is CURVN8R, and the third is Mike's (LawDevil's) newly christened CRVN8R (not sure of the spelling).

Snuggled in between is the GT Silver Boxster that travelled over 1500 miles to BRBS. It needs a fancy name, too. winking smiley
Hey Roger. Looks like we've got all the angles covered. You've got the rear. I have the front.

Waking up and ready to run....
