I can't speak for MN, but in CA, it runs around $500 to remove the top, sew in a new window and replace the top.

I have since added a 2004 OEM glass window top, but back in 2008 I had my plastic window replaced by Diamond Interiors 763.588.9378. Both local Porsche dealers use him and he did a great job. I think it was around $600 (less competition than CA?).
