Can't deny the power of the SUV. I'm sure the Cajun will catch fire in developing countries. Sales growth is misleading. It's easy to have huge gains with low volume--for instance going from 100 cars to 150 is 50% growth.

The profits kick in

when the pricing is done at a certain planned run rate. If you then sell 50% or 100% more than you figured, most of the overhead already got absorbed in the planned units so the increase in unit sales is disproportionately/wonderfully profitable.
