... he just challenged us (all on the board) to do it.
Karl and the 2 Bobs started planning it and it happened in April, 1999.
Later the 2 Bobs couldn't stay on as permanent planers and became planers emeritus.
At that time Ron took over helping Karl and the rest is history.

I think I remember reading in the Old Testament that true charity is anonymous. Remembering Chuck, who is the reason for the original Boxster board, and thus the impetus for BRBS, is proper. Drawing attention to one's self for a minor contribution to anything is vain at best. Without Chuck's effort that board and this one would not exist.
