Does anyone have one of these smallish backpacks laying around? I have one in my Boxster S and need another to put in a different car. If you'll recall, these came with the straps that allowed the bag to be attached to the roll bar via clips. Thanks!by Edmond in SoCal - Parts for Sale
Sounds like it's not likely to be the tank. The max line on the tank is (I think) the highest it should be with the engine hot so (considering you added fluid the same morning) it is possible you simply overfilled the tank a bit. Another concern may be the water pump. Is the coolant dripping down just ahead (and inside) of the right rear tire? If so, check the water pump and related hoses.by Edmond in SoCal - Main Forum
I put Lloyd Mats in my 2000S the day I got it. They still look great and the clip system works to keep them perfectly in place. As a result, I've put Lloyd Mats in all my cars and my Mom's Lexus.by Edmond in SoCal - Main Forum
The thread coating is just a bit of anti-sieze. No big deal, nothing mysterious or exotic and nothing to worry about. You can always put a little on the threads of the plug after removing it for inspection. Likewise, no need to toss a plug simply because you took it out to look at it. Unless you spot a problem, there's no reason it can't be reinstalled. By the same token, if you find a bad coil,by Edmond in SoCal - Main Forum

I have a V1 mounted in all my vehicles and can't imagine driving without one. Neither it, nor the company that made it, has ever let me down.by Edmond in SoCal - Main Forum
The low voltage of the battery, combined with the heavy draw of the starter, caused the car's computer to reset and some things went haywire. It's never a good idea to start a modern car on a low battery.by Edmond in SoCal - Main Forum
