Forgot to mention that I have used both home antennas as well with my sirius home dock and did not notice any performace difference.by dghii - Main Forum
We have an 06 explorer we purchase used that came with an aftermarket XM radio. I removed the radio when the subscription expired due to dumb subription rules (after sirius and xm merged). I tried my sirius radio (in sirius car dock) and the antenna plugged right in. Not so lucky for the power connection.by dghii - Main Forum
I received a Sirius Stiletto radio receiver about 5 years ago as a Christmas gift. The performance has been fine, both in the house and in the car. Numerous parts and accessories, such as addtional docks and antennas are readily available on e_bay. I just replaced my battery pack ($15). The unit also automatically records the audio you are listening to, along with allowing you to download MPby dghii - Main Forum
I still think asking price was very fair. Our local dealer in Destin, FL has a grey 2005S with very low miles.... for $36,900!by dghii - Main Forum

28K is not a bad price for the car, given it's low miles. A couple of things to consider if you decide to make an offer on this car.... 1. It's winter. ...I'm sure my son is. My son is an electrical engineering student heavily invovlved in the University of Central Florida SAE Formula team. Trav looks forward to the show and he and his buds manage to smooze their way into all sorts of cool stuff such as freebies for the race team, rides in certain race cars and all the red bull they can drink. It's unbelievable what he comes up with. The worby dghii - Main Forum
and have Tire Rack or Discount ship a tire to a shop close to your parents house. BTW, I patch run flats before without incident. Wouldn't 'race' with it but wouldn't be scared to take a trip with it either. Man, we're full of good advice! Best of luck and enjoy your drive.by dghii - Main Forum
Drivers side rear had been howling and ticking since summer but was getting progressively worse. I initially thought I had a tire out of round. Car has 92K miles. There is a gentleman name Glyn on Rennlist that will email you picture instructions. I found them to be very helpful. I purchased the bearing at Autohaus for $39. I added an oil filter to the order to push the total to over $50 whby dghii - Main Forum
