Sounds super fun Steve. Have a great time! F40 should be cool - stacked with super interesting rides. Gundoby Gundo - Main Forum
This is news to me - figuring you've all seen this, though worth a repost in any event. IMS Class Action I've always been worried about the build date on my 2006 997S, but checking VINs on this post I think things are okay. Thoughts on this?by Gundo - Main Forum
"Hey boys, are those Miatas?" was KtS's warm greeting to three of us washing silver our Boxsters at midnight in the Staunton VA self-car wash (half way from CT to BRBS). Fun started there. Alas, will not make BRBS this year, my little brother getting married that weekend Gundoby Gundo - Main Forum
Will trade for 981...by Gundo - Main Forum
I made the switch a while back, and haven't really looked back, until the 981 was launched! Cheers, Gundoby Gundo - Main Forum

The 991 design looks identical to the 997 design on my car - the side parts are little pieces that flip up and out of way so roof structure mechanism can raise lower. Seems like a heavy and expensive way to cover that spot.by Gundo - Main Forum
Must see in person! Looks like color may be playing visual games, making humps look bigger than they are. By visual comparison, size is as Pedro says, identical. Wowby Gundo - Main Forum

I swtiched from a 2000 Boxster S to a 2006 Carrera S Cab back in 2007 and have loved it. My issue was more about space - at 6'2", I just didn't fit in the Boxster. I'll tell you though, when I sat in the new 981S at BRBS, I was pretty blown away. Yes car is bigger, heavier and far more luxury than the 987 or 987, but I fit in there perfectly, and my noggin was below the roll-bar. So now the 9by Gundo - Main Forum

I'm driving the 981S this Sunday morning at Monticello Motor Club - some sort of Porsche driving experience they invited me too. Appears it's been too long since I've purchased a new Porsche from the dealer, so they are trying to entice me (and others) with a couple hours of new hardware. I really can't wait to try their little autocross in the 981S Thanks again!by Gundo - Main Forum

Just back from my third ever amazing BRBS - what a terrific time. Fantastic cars, amazing roads and great friends both new and old. Special thanks to pur power couples of Karl and Nell and Ron and Mary, and all of the gang that made the event so special. Cheers, Gundoby Gundo - Main Forum
was watching Jaay muscle that motor mount out of Jack's car. Low-light of the day? Learning about Pedro getting hurt. Best wishes to him and to a speedy recovery. Lily and Bode with their Uncle Danno and the pre-game prep - they enjoyed seeing everyone!by Gundo - Main Forum
