When I bought my '08 Cayman 2.7 five months ago, it had 88K miles and a complete service record by one owner. I changed the oil/fiter.air filter,spark plugs and serpentine belt. Then, since there were no other repairs on the record I thought about doing a proactive water pump and AOS change and considered buying shifter cables too because of some posts here and on rennlist and planet-9. ....it's equipped with winter tires. The temperature was 12dergrees an it held the road just fine. I bought this car with 88K on it and it was full of chips and had a few dings. I've never enjoyed a car more than this one where I don't fret over stones, salt nor parking spaces. It's ticking in the garage right now.
