I hope you enjoy many happy miles! Regards, -rick.by Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
Hope all is well. I'm actually thinking about putting the 968 up for sale. It's been a great car. If you'll recall, I drove it to Atlanta a few years ago (when I was in town for a week of tech training), and we all met up at that restaurant near the Perimeter. Now there are 'two' members of your club, lol.. Honestly, it was due to seeing yours and Bobby Mimbs' beautiful Seal Gray Boxsters at BRBS that led me to pursue Meteor Gray. Hope all is well in Florida!! Kind regards, rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
My 986S still looks, feels, and drives like a new car! It has accumulated only 56,000 miles in 12.5 years of ownership. It could probably use some updated suspension pieces, and I wish there was a way to make the steering action a little more 'laser like' in precision, but overall, the car behaves within 95% of brand new. It's been a great dependable car for me. Regards, -rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum

I absolutely could never let this one go. Too many BRBSs, and too many happy memories. My first ever Pcar. I spec'ed and ordered it in Dec 1999 and took delivery in Apr 2000. Rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
I appreciate your kind words. I'm looking forward to seeing you again at BRBS next year. Best regards, Rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
Thanks, Mike. I appreciate the kind words. I just took another look. I'm fairly certain that the side decals are done in a silver-type look to match the side mirrors and rear spoiler which are definitely painted in silver. Best regards, Rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
Hi guys, I recently completed a nice service milestone at my company (29 years), so I thought I'd celebrate by purchasing a pre-owned (7500 miles) 2012 Cayman R. It's a CPO car that turned up earlier this summer at the local Pcar dealership in Nashville. I've been looking at Caymans for a while now, and I've been particularly interested in the R model since it debuted. I held out for the coloby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
Believe me, you don't know how much I missed not being able to attend BRBS this year.. Got this photo from Karl. I'm using it as my laptop wallpaper now, lol.. rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
As you know, I regretfully was immersed with project work this June, and wasn't able to attend BRBS this year, but in viewing the photo gallery, I noticed there seemed to be tons of 'photo opportunities' taken with the lady in question? Is she a sales person ? Looks like you had a great time at BRBS, lol.. Best, -rick.by Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum

Hi Dennis, Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend BRBS this year. It was an especially tough decision for me because I had attended '10' of the previous '11' BRBS events held between the years of 2000 and 2011. This year, I had a group of software projects at work all due the same weekend as BRBS, with all the associated stress and craziness of fiscal-year-end 'project deployments', so it waby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
Hope you are well. I had been e-mailing Dan (in Delaware) on occasion around 2003, 2004. The last I heard is that he had accepted a new job in Charlotte NC, and had moved there shortly after taking the job. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from him since that time, but I'm sure he's doing well. He told me that the single girls in Charlotte are beautiful! Lol.. Hope you enjoy many happy miles in your beautiful Boxster S! -Rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
Unbelievably gorgeous. The car is said to be aqua blue, but unless it's a trick of the light, lol, it doesn't look like any of the aqua blue cars I've seen. But wow, it is hands down the most beautiful Porsche I've seen in quite a while! Regards, Rickby Rick (Nashville, TN) - Main Forum
