OOps....I really cannot go this weekend. I got a new puppy and he needs a lot of attention just yet....by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
If it ends up the three of us that is fine. Experience tells me others will join in. Windmill starting point suits me. Actually the bank behind that has an empty parking lot on the weekends. How about a run out to Strasburg and a ride on the steam train for something different? There is a neat restaurant out there for lunch also. Or whatever.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
08 Shelby GT blue 'vert is gone. Still have the 07 Shelby GT/SC coupe. Wonderful cars. I am happy to join you guys. Let me know when. BK in Elkton, MD as a starting point according to tradition, I suppose.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum

Not the Joni Mitchell I know.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
That's a lot of horsepower. Too much for most people.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Anyone live near Tysons Corner, VA that would like to put an eyeball on this for me, before I drive 150 miles one way to be disappointed?by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Bobtesa - the Boxster is balanced and very near neutral in corners. Easy to drive from the get go. You need to spend some serious time behind the wheel of a 911 to get it near the edge without going over. Porsche just keeps on fighting it, but if rear engined was the way to go, wouldn't that be the standard in F1? They can charge more for a poorly designed platform - 911 vs Boxster, and they canby Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Edmunds says 10,500, NADAGuides says 14 for a dealer car. The Carfax (from the dealer site) shows a minor impact on the left side.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
It's in my color and my color interior and they are just so cheap it's hard to resist! Opinions on a cash value appreciated. Yes I am crazy. Yes life is short.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Got a room at Big Lynn Lodge. Thurs - Sat. Guess I am coming. Looking forward to seeing the old crowd and meeting some new people. Attended my first BRBS at Blowing Rock back in 2002. Happened to have lunch with a BRBSer/ESBBer today - the Other Dennis. Met him back in 2001 via PPBB. Thank you Chuck, and thank you Pedro and Stefan for continuing.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Thank you Guenter.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Second choice in Lodging? I am on the waiting list at Little Switzerland. Mountain View Inn appears to be closest as a backup. What would those who have been to BRBS in the area advise as a second lodging?by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
I had one long ago. It was a POS. This does not bother me at all.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Hey jg. I thought about coming to Daytona, then thought again. Too much of a circus, not enough of race. Pay for infield access and you can't get in because there are too many people riding the Ferris wheel. If I ever go again it will be in a motor home and just stay in there. Hope to see you soon Mon.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
I will call them Monday and report my experience. Thank you for your responses.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Very nice. I like the color alsoby Rev Dennis - Main Forum
I like the lines. But the complicated stowing process just kills it for me. Might as well get a Cabriolet.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
OK, about ready to make a res at Switzerland Inn. What is the best building to be in? I don't need a suite, just something close to the bar The main building is good, eh?by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
I am going to try and make it this year. Everything has settled down here, for now, anyway.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
610 413 7725 if you want to get together and you are near. It would be nice to see some of my PPBB/Pedros Board buddies again.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Could not get infield parking. I will call if I have your #. Will take the tram inside.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Jg - cool Mon. Look forward to seeing you again!by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
You have probably been at BRBS with me, but we have not yet crossed paths. I look forward to it. An average build 61 year old with a gray crew cut and a vodka belly with a TRG shirt and hat hanging around the TRG garage? That would be me. Maybe we will even see the famous Bob Chapman. He has been known to frequent such places. When it is quiet you can try 610 413 7725. If you wish.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
I will be at The Nautilus on the beach Thurs and Fri nights.Leaving Sat afternoon for a few weeks on Treasure Isalnd on the West Coast. I will be at the track Thurs, Fri and Sat. I'll be driving this -my new to me daily driver...by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
With a little effort maybe we can get a lot of the old gang to come this year. I sent an email to a few. When does pre registration start? Anyone know?by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
Hello Joanne. Good to hear from you. I might come to BRBS this year - have not been in awhile.by Rev Dennis - Main Forum
I went to ferrarichat a few years ago. Actually it was 2003. I was considering a Ferrari. I asked the usual questions a noob would. I got PMs and emails telling me/warning me of the maintenance nightmare Ferraris are. They all said they would not dare dis the car directly on the forum. They suggested I try an Acura NSX. I did and I bought one. Ferraris seem to be worse than boats. The day you selby Rev Dennis - Main Forum
