You can have a race seat and a regular seat, just as long as both people only use the 3 point seatbelt.
when you're alone you can buckle up with the 5 or 6 point harness.

Thanks everyone, the seat is great, it is really amazing how much this thing holds you in place. I wasn't really concerned about track time, as my car is mostly a toy at this point, don't have the time or cash for getting to the track!
Frogster, yes, the seat still slides, if I bought the low man brackets from Brey Kraus, it would be stationary, but not sure if I'll go this course. All in all, i'm pretty pleased, it was a deal I couldn't pass up. The seat is not perfect cosmetically, but for the price, well, I can work on my leather repair skills!
Gundo, hopefully I will be able to make it to TSBL and we can try to shoehorn you in!
