Certainly possible. In fact any engine removed and repaired could end up in any car if...

a replacement engine is necessary to satisfy a warranty replacement of the engine currently in the car.

IIRC the engine is the new DFI engine and I do not believe these are hand assembled. *NM*

The latest video on the Porsche factory had a portion on the engine building with lots of different workstations and different individuals involved in the assembly of any particular motor--way different from 15 years ago..
Likewise, there were many automated functions like the the torquing of various bolts/nuts through out the motor.
