is there a DFI issue with washing oil off the cylinder walls, thus requiring a particular type? (Sorry if this has been mentioned in the thread already.)by Laz - Main Forum
In high school I won the American Chemical Society award, but that was ages ago, well before the invention* of rare earths. I don't remember... did I say it was a long time ago? * I keed, I keed!by Laz - Main Forum

As Jean Shepherd wrote in C and D, anyone driving faster than you is a maniac; anyone slower is an idiot, so the usefulness of a locking differential must be relative.by Laz - Main Forum

With the car moving, acoustic energy from the tires might be diffracting around the body and passing through the more sonically transparent soft top.by Laz - Main Forum
I used a nice "job perk" insulated travel bag and Ice Paks. The bottle was still fairly cold when I got to my destination, but to do it right, we chilled it in the fridge before opening it. You don't want to have DP just fizzing away!by Laz - Main Forum

Be sure to continue flushing until the exiting fluid is as blue as what's going in, otherwise there's still some old yeller' in there.by Laz - Main Forum
Ok, I can see how they might enhance communication, although I've said elsewhere something to the effect that a poster could be nasty but hide behind a smiley. I realize, too, that it's a matter of opinion as to whether they're useful or not, but it's a fact that they've messed up at least one usage of proper English, and who knows what else is lurking, just waiting to jump out and smile at us.
