What's the difference between a blonde and a Porsche? You don't lend the Porsche out to your friend. A blonde woman was driving a Porsche. She saw another blonde woman with a Porsche that had stopped on the side of the road. She stopped to ask what's wrong. The owner of the broken Porsche said, "I just checked under the hood and apparently someone stole my engine." "No problem" the other blonby Harvey in FL - Main Forum

That's not bad, actually pretty fast @ 80th place with 7:58. Faster than the Cayman R ('10) and S ('08) which times were 8:06. Fastest PCar is a 911GT2 RS ('10) in 7th place with a 7:18. It's the driver that can make a difference in the times. The car will also help. Ref:by Harvey in FL - Main Forum
Doing DE's, I'm moving up sort of fast and almost solo. So, I needed new brake pads and went with racing pads which I could also use on the street. I did not want to change pads before and after each DE. Being retired and not having to much to do, I wanted my friend and expert Porsche Pro to change the brake pads, flush the brake fluid and change my motor oil. So, I traveled 200 miles acrossby Harvey in FL - Main Forum

QuoteGuenter in Ontario Are there any warning lights or buzzers that would annoy when TPMS is not working? Duct tape over a light is one things while driving, but ear plugs would be annoying. When I put my DE/Autox tires on which have no TPMS installed, I drive about three miles and get ( if I remember correctly) the one chime and warning screen and warning light comes on. I have just read another web site about the night mare to replace the oil & air filters on the new 991. To replace the oil filter, the rear spoiler must be removed. To replace the air filter, the rear spoiler, tail lights and rear bumper must be removed. The base 991 with a few options is now costing >$100K, what's the big deal ......... +/- $350 for an oil change or +/- $6by Harvey in FL - Main Forum
