used oil filter and check the inside for anything foreign. I do it every 3K mile oil change . Pull the filter out to its entire length and with the aid of a led light, sometimes I have found some very very small metal shavings. This is normal.by Harvey in FL - Main Forum
for my wife, but I will get to drive it sometimes, hopefully. We purchased the car on August 23 and got very lucky with an early dealer production slot. We called the BMW #800 automation line on August 29 with the production number given to us at the time of the sale. The recording said the car was in production and would be completed by September 4. The dealer called late today and confirmedby Harvey in FL - Main Forum
To reach way inside the wheels, I use this long wheel brush. Great for also reaching calipers and inside wheel wells. To clean the wheel spokes I use a softer material such as this: Happy cleaningby Harvey in FL - Main Forum

I check my radiators for debris with each car wash and in the fall months more often. A led flashlight helps to see leaves and other rubble in the lower far edge of the radiators. And this is the tool I use to connect to a shop vacuum:by Harvey in FL - Main Forum

Now that I have so much time on my hands, I was able to borrow a slide projector and go thru my old slides. Among seeing my old girl friends, getting married, kids growing up, scenic trips, etc, I found a pic of my very first car. I got interested in sport cars as my high school buddy had a yellow TR3 which I was allowed to drive from time to time. So, I purchased this AH 3000 Mark III BJ8 afterby Harvey in FL - Main Forum

do a search for Porsche at the name of the track you will be doing the DE. The purpose is to see the way around the track with the proper lines. You need to know what's coming up next on the track. Also, helpful is to print out a track map. Your instructor will teach you where the turn in points are. Speed is not important in the green group; but knowing the track and turning in at the correct aby Harvey in FL - Main Forum

1. Put vehicle into relearn mode (engine running), drop the pressure in each tire 5-8psi, wait a couple seconds, reinflate to the door placard spec, then drive for 10-15mins. 2. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the battery for more than 30 seconds and try the above procedure again. Good luckby Harvey in FL - Main Forum
