That is a really strange shade of orange. And... does it come in a convertible? Agree, that he's done a terrific job in all the details. Lots of work went into that.by Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum

Quoteff42racer What kind of golf cart is that hanging on the wall? Looks like it will fit in the front trunk. It almost fits into the glove box. It's a Sun Mountain Micro Cart. Front trunk would hold 2 or 3. Aside from the fact that it folds up really small, it also has a nice umbrella holder so you can keep you and your equipment dry between shots without having to hold the umbrella. Actually, the sales figures are pretty encouraging. (At least for Porsche as a whole - with Pepper and Panameras helping a lot). Porsche is not the only manufacturer taking a sales hit the last couple of tough economic years. And when you look at the figures for this year, NA sales are 5175 units higher in the first 11 months than they were in 12 months last year.by Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum
It's that feeling of just being sooo easy to give a cheery greeting to my neighbours to the south ..and east, west and the poor souls even further north than I am. So yes. Life is good. The only thing that would make it gooder is if I had your temperatures right now. Gosh ...visions of 60F dancing in my head, topless Boxsters, shorts, T-shirts, bikinis ...... Drat!. Shouldn't of looked outsideby Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum
There are more details here: I notice they are no longer showing break down of models as they used to show Boxsters and Caymans separately.by Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum
Good to hear everything was Ok with your car. Surprised you were able to drive in snow with the summer performance tires, specially with the power of the turbo. I imagine you'd have to have a very soft touch with the gas pedal. Safe travels on the rest of your trip.by Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum
QuoteNaples996 We are ready for some cool temps in FL, that's perfect top down weather here. BTW I went to my first DE at Sebring this year. It was great fun, this weekend I am going to an autocross. Did you do anything else after BRBS this year? Hey Carlos, Sounds like you're having a great time DEing and Autocrossing. We didn't take any other big trips in the Boxster. Bit, we did quite a feby Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum
Yup. I think I'm starting to suffer from Boxster Affective Disorder. Every time I go into the garage, I can feel the CURVEN8R's sad headlights peer up at me from under the cover with that "Can we go out for a drive pleeeeeeese!" look. Maybe a picture or two of Boxsters out and about would help. Anyone, ....anyone, ....anyone OK, I'll start. Boxster on the Blue Ridge Parkway this June. .....oby Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum

Yes, I think the Christmas Fairs and markets seem to be popular in Europe as well, more so than here, with lots of arts and crafts. Lots of sights to see. Bet you're really enjoying the time. As far as local delicacies - I think I'd be inclinded to stick with more traditional foods.by Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum
Thanbks for sharing your "cool" pictures. Brrrrr feeling with that s**w on the Porsche (Or anywhere else). I've never been to Bidapest, but I imagine that, like many European cities, it has a well organized transit system, making it easy to get around the the city. And, that seems to be your experience. Do they have any pedestrian zones in the down town like in many European cities? That ofteby Guenter in Ontario - Main Forum

Welcome to the board, Spyder! Pedro did tell you that you're not officially on the board until you've posted pictures of your car, didn't he? So your wife had a 68 KG convertible. I had a blue one with black top and beige interior. Here's and old picture of mine. Picture was taken on a trip to Florida. Loved that car.
