I bought the Top Speed cat delete pipes a few years ago when they first came out, and they fit with very minor adjustments. I had already installed a Brombacher muffler from FVD (same size/shape as stock, but different internal configuration). Awesome sound with no drone. Well worth the savings from the $500 pipes. No O2 sensors, but not needed for my 2002.by MN 986 - Main Forum
Bumperplugs has great products (I have a couple of them), but also check out Skene Design mount (google it). I am also in Minnesota and I found a AerokitII front bumper a couple years ago with no holes drilled and I couldn't even consider drilling into it myself. I bought the Skene mount and painted it black and it is ready to install, but so far I have run it without the front plate. Pulled overby MN 986 - Main Forum
I just paid the same amount to have the AOS replaced on my 2002 that just turned 100k and I considered it well worth it. I am sure I could have done it myself with all the great write ups, but everyone seems to comment on poor access and what a pita it is, so I thought the couple hundred in labor was fair. Regarding driving, I am sure mine was failing for a few months before I brought it in, butby MN 986 - Main Forum
If Cartman doesn't have his orange tail lights anymore, I have a set I'd sell for the same price and shipping from MN.by MN 986 - Parts for Sale
I'm not sure how much use I'd get, but it might be nice to keep the bugs off during evening rides. I do have the AerokitII. What would it take to ship it to 55126?by MN 986 - Parts for Sale
+1 on the 03/04 OEM top if you can find one for a good price. I found an 04 top this Spring and put it on my 02, and it is one of my favorite changes so far. I paid $900 for the top/frame and sold my old one for about $600, so it cost me less than having a new plastic window sewn in.by MN 986 - Main Forum
This Spring, I replaced my 17" OEM Pilot Sports on my 02 Boxster with the Continental Extreme Contact DW on new 18" wheels. In addition to the diameter change, the new tires are a little wider so it is not a direct comparison, but I put about 11k miles on them so far and I think they are at least equal to the original tires. Handling is same or better and ride seems better also. No noticeable chaby MN 986 - Main Forum
I have since added a 2004 OEM glass window top, but back in 2008 I had my plastic window replaced by Diamond Interiors 763.588.9378. Both local Porsche dealers use him and he did a great job. I think it was around $600 (less competition than CA?).by MN 986 - Main Forum
