... generally comes in 1 liter cans and that's enough for a complete flush. You should use a high-temp fluid such as ATE, Motul or similar, not just any DOT approved fluid which boils at lower temps. Blue or Gold are the same except for the color dye. We generally replace fluid with the other color so that we can tell when the new fluid has flushed through as you can see the color change. It's good oil. Very expensive, but good. Most, if not all of the synthetic oils on the market will do a good job of lubricating. What's really important (IMNSHO) is the amount of Zinc and Phosphorus (ZDDP) and the weight (viscosity). I now use Mobil 1 0W50 Racing Oil because it has the highest level of ZDDP (1750 ppm). ... run the engine without the Poly-Ribbed Belt for a few minutes. Without the belt you will not have A/C, Power Steering, Alternator or Water Pump.
